Private design jewelry customization services：

• Send us the design (picture or sample) you are interested in and the size specifications   you require, such as metal purity, shape and size(mm) of the stone, ring size, etc.
• At the same time, you will need to pay 30% advance payment of the entire order, if you are willing to make this custom design project, our designer will complete the CAD graphics for you within 3 working days, we will send the CAD to you before making the physical product for      confirmation, after getting your confirmation, our factory will complete the custom jewelry for you within 15-20 working days.

！！ Please note that if you do not want to continue this project after we send you the CAD graphics,

         we will deduct $50 from the advance payment for the new mold fee.

 Return Policy: We sincerely thank you for your visit. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We offer a 2-year warranty on every gemstone and jewelry item. If you are not satisfied with the item or simply want to return it, please see our Return policy and additional information below.

• There is no reason to return a normally cut bulk gem within 7 days after the buyer receives it, and after you initiate the return, please allow approximately 3-5 business days to complete the refund process. This waiting period will begin on the first business day after receipt of your return.
• Non-refundable items without quality problems. Custom gemstones, gems and jewelry are non-refundable. If the item you purchased is custom made (including dimensions, engraving and gold or diamond upgrades), it cannot be returned for a refund if there are no quality issues (please check the quality within 5 days of your receipt and confirm with us), but you can enjoy our product warranty
